We were more than stoked for Amanda + David’s wedding, as they were looking for wedding photos that were anything but ordinary and truly creative! What resulted were some very exciting images that we couldn’t wait to show!
Amanda and the girls started the day off at Blue Gemini salon in Terwilligar, and later headed to the Union Bank Inn to get dressed while David his guys got ready at the house.
Since their ceremony was later in the day, the couple had had their first meet at King Noodle House in Chinatown and a sip of tea together 
We had a blast doing formals around the area and inside a chinese supermarket What a gorgeous couple and bridal party, loved loved loved their energy! We then headed towards the Alberta Art Gallery for their beautiful ceremony, and the reception followed shortly after. It was a rockin reception, and the guests pulled a flash mob surprise on the couple and everyone got up to dance in sync! We had some pretty sweet images from this wedding for sure!

Pooja + Brian’s wedding was one of the most knockout weddings this year! You might remember their gorgeous engagement session in Banff here!
Everyone was talking about how they set the bar so high for all the future weddings to come Their amazing wedding was immaculately planned by Jordan of Atmosphere Wedding Planning and Design.
The gals started with hair and makeup at the Hotel Macdonald while the guys got dressed at the house. The ceremony was held at the Empire Ballroom at the Hotel Mac, with many emotional moments to capture. Their wedding day was perfect with sunny, deep blue skies, and we enjoyed documenting the funky formals with their stylin’ bridal party! When we arrived at the reception at the Art Gallery of Alberta, we were astounded by the fabulous decor. It was chic, elegant and stunning, beautifully planned to the last detail. The dazzling flowers were put together by La Piazza Dasee. The night was filled with lots of laughs, dancing and great memories to remember for years to come.
With such an exquisite couple and stunning wedding details, the Art Gallery of Alberta showcased Pooja + Brian’s wedding in the AGA Wedding Brochure and featured them on the cover of their wedding brochure too!

Lavish settings, the Art gallery, sweet alleyways and one couple and bridal party willing to do absolutely anything we wanted for their pictures. Sweet. We recently had the chance to spend a really wonderful afternoon-evening shooting the pre-wedding photos for Mary + Dave our daring and smokin’ couple. Mary + Dave are choosing to do something different – getting married in February they decided to get their wedding photos done in advance of their big day! Cool idea! Time is always the biggest element that we have to work with on the wedding day. Imagine how pleasant it is now that we have oodles of time to work with.

We are back from shooting a wedding in the Bahamas, in the meantime we’re SOO excited to showcase Kristin + Josh’s awesometastic wedding! Kristin found us a looong time ago and told us that ever since then, she’s wanted us to be her wedding photographers. Hearing those kinds of words and having the chance to connect like that really makes our job so amazingly beautiful. Now how about the wedding… The thing that really stands out about this wedding are the couples’ SMILES. The couple never held back! There’s nothing better than a super happy bride and groom who aren’t afraid to smile, cry, dance, and burst out laughing! And smile, laugh, cry, and dance they did – all day, all night.
Kristin’s gals got ready at her mom’s in the morning, and Josh’s guys at his friend Phil’s place. The ceremony was at the ultramod Alberta Art Gallery in their Ledcor Theatre, with plenty of tears of joy We definitely had a blast using the architecture of the Alberta Art Gallery and ventured to some nearby spots for formals. The reception was held at the trendy Packrat Louie just off of Whyte Ave. The food and service was amazing by the way, and everyone had a great time!
